Why baking soda mouthwash?

Six months ago, many time after I ate hot soup and some cold drinks, I would have some tooth pain, my gums would be red, and swollen, even though I take care of my teeth by brushing my teeth gently and using brand mouthwash after waking up and before going to bed every day.

I did some studying, how to stop sensitive teeth pain.

I found this baking soda mouthwash and it works!

In the beginning I used baking soda mouthwash every time after I ate until the sensitive teeth pain stopped and no more swollen gums.

Now, I used baking soda mouthwash after waking up and before going to bed.
