“Listen to Your Body”

I love Thai food, as well as a myriad of other food kinds which I love trying.

A couple of years ago I became menopause, every time I ate something with salt or any processed foods, my left eye would itch and swell.  At night I would feel a numbness in my left arm and hand.

That is the reason why I started listening to my body. In doing so I would avoid processed foods and salt and would focus on the quality and freshness of the ingredients.

Are you listening to your body? Please share…
